Hu Fleming is CEO of Turnclear. Hu is a long time water industry veteran, and has held senior positions in a number of industry firms, including President, Severn Trent, Managing Director, Hatch. He’s Limited Partner with Goldman Sachs, and Sr. Advisor to a number of investment and water firms. Hu folds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell and a Graduate Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Chris Howell is a Director at TurnClear. Chris is an experienced water and environmental services executive with global experience across industrial water, recycling, and energy infrastructure. Among others, he has held senior roles at Veolia North America and Black & Veatch. Chris is a U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program veteran. He holds a B.S. in Nuclear Technology from Excelsior College.

Luis Santoma is a Director at TurnClear. Luis is an experienced infrastructure and project finance investor, with more than 12 years of transaction experience across water, renewable energy, LNG, conventional power, and sustainable infrastructure. He has executed over $25 billion of structured finance transactions. Luis holds a master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from Boston University and a degree in Economics.
